LESSON # 4: The Most Amazing Secret of Top Entrepreneurs

Hi, Friends!

Kumusta po?

Here’s the fourth part of our email course series.

And I am excited to share with you one of the most important lessons that I have learned in my journey as an Entrepreneur.

But first, let me ask you a question: Have you been in SM?

Yes?

For sure you have been 🙂 Maybe that’s your favorite “tagpuan” or meeting place right?

For many times that you’ve been in that said mall, did you ever saw Henry Sy opening doors for you, or even assisting you while you’re buying your new bags, shoes, or clothes, or did he assisted you in your payment or whatsoever?

I’m sure he is not there.

But he is earning even though he is not working in the front right?

Here’s the catch: Who is earning the most? Henry Sy who you can’t see working or his employees who are there from 8-5 or sometimes nag O.O.T pa?

You know the answer!

Why is that thing happening?

Because Entrepreneurs are so clear with the responsibilities they must focus and they know as well the works need to delegate.

No top entrepreneurs ever worked by themselves only. All of them have their own team that is helping him/her to get the desired results he/she envisioned.

Let me give you an example: One of my passions is writing books (by the way that is inclined to my business now as an infopreneur 🙂 ), I know that I am not that good in graphics or designs but in order for me to open my book to the public; it needs to have “book cover” right?

What I did is, go to my best friend: www.google.com then search for people who can do the job for me.

I stumbled to www.199jobs.com and I hired designers there, then after about 24hrs the cover was on the go already, and I’m ready to sell my book. Is that easy?

Yes, it was!

As an entrepreneur, we have to know clearly was we can do or not.

And if you know that you can’t do it, and you will just get stuck if you tried doing it on your own, maybe it’s time to delegate.

Sabi nga nila, “Kung kaya ng Iba, Ipagawa mo sakanila”.

And that’s one of the top secrets of Henry Sy, Lucio Tan, and Top Entrepreneurs today.

Yes, it is common sense.

But sad to say, many people have common sense, but they don’t have common practice!

Praying for your Success and Happiness,
